Make a simple will, ready to print, sign and witness
Will Desk asks you a few questions and puts your answers into a will document. You print it, then sign it with two witnesses.
Before you start
What this tool does
- Puts your choices into standard will wording.
- Numbers every page and adds a signature line to each one.
- Gives you a signing checklist, and checks your witnesses against the people named in your will.
- Your will answers stay on this device. If you pay to print, the email you type for the receipt goes to Paystack.
What this tool does not do
- It does not give legal advice. Heferon is not a law firm, and nobody here is an attorney.
- It does not tell you what to choose. It explains the options in plain words.
- It does not make the will valid on screen. A will only becomes valid once it is printed and signed on paper in front of two witnesses.
- It is built for simple estates only. The next screen checks whether yours is one.
